Kronospan reduce consumul de energie electrică cu 50%

Kronospan plans to cut its electricity consumption by up to 50% by gradually shutting down some production lines in response to the national energy alert. This decision follows the government's call for reduced energy use due to decreased electricity production caused by drought. The company will adjust its operations based on the needs of the National Energy System and will resume normal capacity when conditions allow. Kronospan also utilizes its own energy sources, such as solar panels and cogeneration units, but aims to support the energy system during this period.
