Kievul respinge informațiile despre relocarea ambasadelor occidentale în Liov sau Polonia: „Nu am primit nicio solicitare”
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has refuted claims that Western countries are planning to evacuate embassies from Kyiv to Lviv or Poland. Spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi stated that no diplomatic missions have expressed intentions to relocate, emphasizing that any such move would follow international protocols. This clarification follows a report by The Guardian citing anonymous Western diplomats discussing emergency plans due to escalating Russian attacks. Despite the situation, Western governments continue their diplomatic activities in Kyiv, with the U.S. Embassy remaining operational. Kyiv's mayor highlighted the urgent need to maintain municipal services amid ongoing Russian assaults.
