Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered a three-day halt to attacks on Kyiv during the visit of American emissaries Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The ceasefire is set to begin at midnight, as the emissaries are scheduled to meet with Putin in Moscow before heading to Kyiv.
