He emphasized that negotiations with unions are ongoing and that the current project form is unacceptable if it reduces incomes in education and health. Hunor highlighted the increased budgetary impact of the project, which has risen from 8 billion to 12.1 billion lei, without clear funding sources. He also pointed out that total employee income, not just base salary, is a concern.
