Kelemen Hunor stated that UDMR is waiting for Nicușor Dan to announce the prime minister candidate before making any decisions regarding government support. He emphasized that UDMR is unlikely to join the next government but may vote for its investiture if needed. Hunor noted that the party previously proposed a minority government led by Siegfried Mureșan, which did not pass. He acknowledged that the future government might be formed around PSD, requiring PNL's support, and UDMR could provide votes for its establishment without being part of the government.
