Kazakhstan has resumed oil exports through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium after a suspension due to drone attacks on tankers in the Black Sea. The Energy Ministry confirmed loading operations at two single point mooring terminals. Tankers SEAMAJESTY and MILOS are currently loading crude oil from Tengizchevroil. The resumption allows companies to continue deliveries and exports via Novorossiisk. Kazakhstan condemned the drone attacks as a threat to international energy security. Romania's interim Prime Minister stated there is no immediate risk of a fuel supply crisis, although alternative transport routes are being sought. Experts warn of a potential diesel shortage in Europe.
