Kazakhstan has resumed oil exports through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal in Novorossiisk after drone attacks disrupted operations. This is significant for Romania, which relies on Kazakhstan for over 60% of its oil imports. The CPC terminal had been temporarily closed due to security concerns, but operations have now restarted with two offshore facilities loading oil. The resumption of exports is expected to gradually restore production levels, which had dropped significantly during the closure. However, it may not lead to immediate reductions in fuel prices in Romania due to various influencing factors.
