Kazahstanul oferă o „amnistie” fiscală pentru criptomonede. Guvernul vrea să readucă miliardele digitale în țară
Kazakhstan aims to reintegrate a significant portion of its crypto market by offering tax incentives and legal security to investors. The government has introduced a decree providing individuals with tax benefits for three years on income from digital asset transactions, provided these assets are not linked to fraud or unauthorized services. The country has a large existing market, with around 1 million crypto wallets held by citizens, but only about 256,900 registered users on authorized platforms. Following a mining boom that strained the energy grid, authorities are now seeking to attract miners back under regulated conditions, including using associated gas for energy production. However, experts warn that tax reductions alone may not suffice to entice investors, who also seek liquidity and clear regulations.
