Two men, aged 25 and 35, were detained for 24 hours in Ploiești for kidnapping and assault. One is known online as 'Justițiarul din Berceni'. They allegedly planned to confront a 25-year-old man under the pretext of a meeting related to a 16-year-old girl. The suspects blocked the victim's car, forcibly removed him, and physically assaulted him. Police conducted searches, seizing evidence including storage devices and an airsoft gun. A separate investigation into the alleged rape of the minor is ongoing, initiated after the girl reported being assaulted by the 25-year-old man she met online. Authorities are continuing their inquiries under the supervision of a prosecutor.
