Justițiarul din Berceni, reținut! Procurorii cer arestarea preventivă

Alexandru Constandachi, known as Justițiarul din Berceni, has been detained for 24 hours on charges of assault and illegal deprivation of liberty. Prosecutors are seeking a 30-day preventive arrest, which will be reviewed by the Ploiești Court. He and George Daniel Bozieru were detained following a complaint from a man alleging assault and kidnapping. The case is linked to a separate investigation involving the complainant, who is under scrutiny for alleged sexual assault on a minor. Constandachi gained notoriety online for confronting individuals suspected of inappropriate behavior towards minors. This is not his first legal issue, as he was previously involved in a blackmail case in 2025.
