„Justiția trebuie să ia măsuri”. AfD a depus o plângere împotriva lui Merz pentru că a catalogat remigrația drept „epurare etnică”

The far-right AfD party has filed a defamation complaint against German Chancellor Friedrich Merz for labeling their migration policies as "ethnic cleansing." Merz made these remarks during a Bundestag debate, arguing that the proposed "remigration" would equate to ethnic cleansing based on origin and skin color. In response, AfD claimed Merz crossed a "red line" with his statements, which they consider unacceptable and potentially criminal. The party emphasizes that their stance on migration includes the deportation of migrants deemed unfit to stay in Germany, a concept they refer to as "remigration." AfD has gained significant electoral support, achieving 43.8% of votes in Saxony-Anhalt elections, more than double their previous results.
