Jurnalist ucrainean de investigații, reținut în Viena în timp ce documenta un subiect despre un fost oficial acuzat de corupție

Ukrainian investigative journalist Mihailo Tkach was detained in Vienna while covering a story about former prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko, accused of corruption. Tkach and cameraman Iaroslav Bondarenko are being held without communication access. Kravchenko fled Ukraine amid a corruption investigation. Ukrainska Pravda has not confirmed the details of Tkach's investigation. The publication's editors have not been able to contact the detained journalists, and an Austrian lawyer is involved. Ukrainian authorities are seeking explanations and have requested the immediate release of Tkach and Bondarenko. The Ukrainian embassy in Austria has secured consular access to Tkach, but no charges have been announced yet.
