Sibiu's traditions were showcased at the "Romanian Traditions by the Dniester" festival in Criuleni, Moldova, celebrating Romanian culture and independence. Artists from the Cindrelul-Junii Sibiului ensemble and Traian Stoita performed traditional songs and dances, highlighting local customs and costumes. The event marked 35 years of Moldova's independence and was held before the Romanian Language Day. It aimed to strengthen cultural ties between Romanian communities across the Prut River. Supported by local councils, the festival emphasized the importance of promoting traditions and cultural relations, following similar initiatives in Sibiu.
