A recent survey reveals that while all respondents have used AI tools like ChatGPT, half struggle to utilize them effectively in job searches. Many applicants report not receiving responses after applying for jobs, highlighting a gap between access to technology and practical application. Despite 67.7% believing AI can aid job searches, only 54.4% feel confident using it professionally. In response, Simplon Romania and partners are launching a free program, 'AI Pathways to Employment', to teach participants how to leverage AI for job opportunities and application enhancement.
