A former 16th-century castle in Mihai Viteazu is for sale for under 100,000 euros, less than many apartments in the capital. The Haller Castle, once a summer residence for a noble family, spans 535 square meters on a 30,800 square meter lot. It has potential for restoration into a boutique hotel or cultural retreat. The property was nationalized after World War II and later sold to a local farmer who was unaware of its historical significance.
