Județele în care se fac cele mai multe angajări. Capitala concentrează aproape jumătate din oferta națională
Bucharest dominates Romania's job market, accounting for nearly half of the national job offers. The latest eJobs report shows that out of approximately 150,000 jobs posted this year, 71,000 were in the capital. Brașov has notably risen to second place, while Cluj and Iași have slightly decreased. The majority of job offers come from sectors like retail, food industry, and services, with a significant demand for entry-level candidates. Average net salaries in top counties range from 5,000 to 6,500 lei, with Bucharest offering the highest at 6,500 lei. Conversely, counties like Harghita and Mehedinți have the fewest job openings, prompting candidates to seek opportunities in larger cities. Despite the disparities, over 17,000 jobs remain available on eJobs.ro.
