Judecătorii din Aiud au avut nevoie de patru ani pentru a rezolva cazul unei femei care vindea haine contrafacute

A woman in Aiud was fined for selling counterfeit clothing after a lengthy four-year legal process. The items, purchased from a warehouse in Bucharest, imitated well-known brands. Despite the discovery of the counterfeit goods in August 2022, the court only reached a verdict in October 2026. The judge found 343 articles of clothing and footwear that violated trademark laws. The woman received a suspended fine of 3000 lei, and the decision is subject to appeal.
