The suspension was requested by the Judicial Inspection, which is investigating her decisions in two cases, including one involving ROMATSA. In February, she suspended ROMATSA's service certificate for a month, which could have halted air traffic. This led to a CSAT meeting to discuss the potential airspace closure. Additionally, during a court session, she was removed for claiming a judge's incompatibility. Her suspension can be contested, but she cannot practice until the case is resolved.
