The Constitutional Court approved a law reducing judges' pensions and increasing retirement age. Vișan's last salary was €12,000, and she is now allowed to combine her pension with her notary fees. This trend of former judges becoming notaries is not unique, as Corina Corbu, former president of the High Court, also transitioned to notary after retirement.
