American actor John Malkovich received the Coppa Volpi for Best Actor at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival for his role in 'Wild Horse Nine'. The film, directed by Martin McDonagh, follows two CIA agents in Chile before Pinochet's coup in 1973. This marks Malkovich's first major award at a film festival after a diverse career in cinema and theater. The festival runs from September 2 to 12.
