A survey by eJobs Romania reveals that over half of young Romanians aged 18-24 are willing to accept jobs unrelated to their studies for financial independence. 51.2% prioritize financial stability, while 36.6% would work temporarily in different fields. Many face challenges in job hunting, with 58.6% citing prior experience requirements as a major barrier. The competition for entry-level positions has increased, with a 28% rise in applications compared to the previous year. Additionally, 58.6% believe entry-level salaries are insufficient to meet basic needs.
