Jakubowicz, AAFB: Mecanismul de calcul al ROBOR a fost transparent/ Nu cred că am putea să acuzăm băncile de manipulare

Flavius Jakubowicz, president of AAFBR, defended the transparency of the ROBOR calculation method, stating that banks followed a documented methodology. He noted that the National Bank of Romania was involved in this process. Jakubowicz anticipates new regulations for ROBOR calculation within the next year, aiming for increased transparency. The Competition Council recently fined ten banks a total of 3.73 billion lei for violating competition laws related to ROBOR. The largest fine was imposed on Banca Transilvania, followed by other major banks.
