Five-star hotels saw occupancy rise to 91.6%, while average nightly rates increased from 168 to 190 euros nationally. Last-minute bookings also surged, contributing to the positive trend in tourism despite earlier concerns. Greece's tourism sector remains resilient, significantly impacting the economy, with Romania being a key source of tourists, sending over 1.4 million visitors annually.
