Iulian Nedea preia funcția de CEO al Simtel Team

Romanian entrepreneurial group Simtel announces Iulian Nedea as the new CEO, succeeding Petre Stoian. Nedea will focus on enhancing EPC and O&M activities, aiming for innovation and project development. He will also support the group's companies through knowledge transfer and resource allocation. The company is undergoing a partial division to create Simtel Services S.R.L. for operational activities. This restructuring requires approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 30. If approved, Mihai Tudor will become CEO of SMTL Group S.A., while Nedea will lead Simtel Services S.R.L.
