ITM Alba imposed fines exceeding 12,000 lei after inspections revealed multiple labor law violations, including failure to grant annual leave. During inspections from August 24-28, 28 employers were checked, uncovering 37 deficiencies and resulting in four penalties. Key issues included non-compliance with work schedule reporting, failure to issue work certificates upon contract termination, and late salary payments. Additionally, in health and safety checks, 22 deficiencies were noted across nine units, leading to 21 warnings and a 7,000 lei fine. Major concerns included lack of medical fitness records and inadequate risk assessments.
