ITM Alba imposed fines totaling 369,000 lei after inspections revealed nine individuals working without legal contracts. The majority of fines were for undeclared work, highlighting issues with salary payments and compliance with labor laws. Inspections targeted 15 employers, uncovering 42 deficiencies, including unpaid salaries and lack of proper work contracts. The inspections aimed to combat undeclared and underreported work, which negatively impacts employee rights and tax revenues. Additionally, safety and health regulations were also checked, revealing further compliance issues.
