Italia are 6 milioane de locuințe goale
In Italy, between 5.5 and 6 million rental properties remain vacant due to landlords' fears of non-payment and lengthy eviction processes. A significant percentage of landlords, 87%, express concerns about tenants not paying rent, while 62% worry about the difficulties of eviction. Additionally, 36% of vacant properties are inherited, and many owners lack experience in property management, leading them to keep their homes empty.
