The incident involved Nicolae Novacenko, known as "Bratan," who rode a motorcycle with a group of 30 people. Italian Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi stated that the artist posed a public security threat, leading to the revocation of his residency permit. Novacenko, 32, had lived in Italy since he was 17 and has a one-year-old child.
