Ukrainian forces have achieved significant successes in Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, halting several Russian offensives, according to the ISW report. The Russian claims of encircling 2,000 Ukrainian troops near Kharkiv are deemed false. Ukrainian units are maintaining their front line in northern Kharkiv and successfully repelling Russian attacks. In Donetsk, Ukrainian forces advanced east of Sloviansk, while Russian offensives in the Konstantinovka-Druzhkovka area failed to gain ground. In Dnipropetrovsk, Ukrainian troops have made progress towards Novopavlivka and west of Kotliarivka.
