This funding will be allocated over 18 months, supporting the establishment of a new holding company in the UK. The investment aims to strengthen Econergy's portfolio, which includes solar and wind projects totaling 1.1 GW. Additionally, Phoenix will invest €43 million under an existing financing agreement. Econergy's CEO emphasized Romania's significance in their European strategy, highlighting their recent operational launch of a solar and storage project. The company is a leading independent power producer in Europe, with a project portfolio exceeding 12.5 GW.
