Israelul și Venezuela restabilesc relațiile diplomatice după o pauză de 17 ani

Israel and Venezuela have restored consular relations for the first time since 2009, allowing citizens to receive consular assistance. The agreement follows discussions between foreign ministers and highlights the role of the Jewish community in Venezuela. Relations have improved since January, particularly after Venezuela's leadership adopted a more positive stance towards allies. The countries plan to continue technical cooperation in emergency response and reconstruction efforts. While full diplomatic relations are not yet restored, this marks a significant step towards rebuilding ties after 17 years.
