Iranul vine cu o contraofertă pentru Strâmtoarea Ormuz. Planul care îi conferă un control și mai mare asupra rutelor de tranzit

Iran has proposed a temporary agreement to Oman for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, allowing traffic through Iranian territorial waters. The Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister rejected Oman's equal route sharing proposal, citing security concerns. He warned that the strait would remain closed if Oman does not accept Iran's terms. Iran no longer recognizes the Traffic Separation Scheme, claiming it undermines its security needs. Oman had suggested a regional management mechanism for the strait, inspired by the Malacca Strait model, which allows voluntary contributions for navigation and environmental protection.
