Învinși de selfie-uri: Luptătorii medievali din Cetatea Oradea nu rezistă asaltului vizitatorilor (FOTO)

The Oradea Fortress has withstood centuries of weather and numerous sieges, yet its modern statues of medieval warriors are suffering damage from tourist interactions. Made of polyester, these over two-meter tall figures are already showing signs of wear, with one statue having a broken sword handle and the other a deteriorating base. Despite warnings to protect the statues, visitors, especially children, continue to climb on them for photos, leading to frequent repairs. While the fortress has survived historical challenges, it struggles against the modern phenomenon of selfies.
