A new accommodation complex is set to be developed in Vama Buzăului, featuring 14 prefabricated bungalows aimed at families and small groups. The investment of 2.25 million lei will take place on a nearly two-hectare site owned by the commune, leased to GREEN VALLEY RESORT MANAGEMENT & HOSPITALITY SRL for 86 years. The project is currently undergoing environmental approval and is expected to be completed within 24 months. The bungalows will include two types of units, with amenities such as air conditioning and underfloor heating. This initiative aims to enhance the region's appeal as a mountain tourism destination, following the earlier Valley 21 project that focused on eco-friendly housing.
