The fund will support companies in areas like AI infrastructure, applications, and security. Enrique Salem emphasized the transformative potential of AI and the firm's commitment to backing ambitious entrepreneurs. Founded in 1987, Bain Capital Ventures manages $225 billion in assets and has offices in major U.S. cities. The firm previously invested in MaintainX, co-founded by Romanian entrepreneur Chris Țurlică, which was later sold to Autodesk for $3.6 billion.
