Investițiile străine directe au crescut la 7,9 miliarde de euro în 2025

In 2025, Romania's net foreign direct investment (FDI) reached €7.907 billion, up from €5.6 billion in 2024, according to the National Bank of Romania. Of this amount, €6.256 billion came from equity participation, which includes €3.247 billion in capital contributions and €3.009 billion in reinvested profits. Additionally, €1.651 billion was attributed to debt instruments related to foreign investors. By the end of 2025, the total FDI stock was €134.823 billion, with €98.16 billion in equity and €36.663 billion in debt instruments. Foreign investors earned €11.493 billion from FDI, with €10.317 billion from equity participation and €1.176 billion from net interest income. The net direct investment of residents abroad amounted to €1.522 billion, with a total stock of €9.679 billion, including €8.286 billion in equity.
