ARO Palace shareholders have approved an increased budget for the renovation of the Capitol hotel in Brașov into a Mercure unit, totaling €19.25 million. A loan of €13.5 million will also be secured for this investment. The hotel will feature 181 rooms, a restaurant, retail space, and conference facilities. Last year, the investment budget was raised due to rising labor and material costs. Additionally, plans include renovating the ARO Palace hotel and affiliating it with Hyatt Regency, with total investments nearing €50 million.
