The new kindergarten on Pelicanului Street in Bartolomeu-Avantgarden has opened, marking the first such facility built from scratch in the area. Mayor George Scripcaru attended the inauguration, emphasizing the importance of modern educational infrastructure. The kindergarten features five groups, a modern design, and various facilities including a kitchen and medical cabinet. It incorporates energy-efficient technologies like photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, ensuring low operational costs. The construction was completed by a consortium for over 30 million lei. Previously, the only kindergarten in the area was an old building repurposed for educational use.
