Investiție de 21,5 milioane de euro în infrastructura din Galați

The Galați County Council has initiated a significant road and environmental infrastructure project, modernizing a 16-kilometer route with a budget of 111 million lei. This project, funded by European Union sources, aims to improve transportation for approximately 15,000 residents in the affected communes. Key upgrades include widening the road, rehabilitating bridges, and enhancing public transport facilities. Safety measures will also be implemented, such as illuminated pedestrian crossings. Additionally, the project incorporates ecological aspects, including afforestation of nearly 7 hectares. The construction contract has been awarded to a consortium, with a completion timeline of 18 months.
