A former farm in Șercaia is set to be transformed into a complex for producing materials for road and utility infrastructure. Go Pro Infrastructure plans a 14 million lei investment on over 16,600 square meters. The project includes three integrated facilities: a precast concrete production line, a fresh concrete production station, and an asphalt mixture production station. These units will operate synergistically to supply the Brașov–Făgăraș–Covasna region. The production line will utilize mobile casting machines, allowing for flexible manufacturing of various products. The project is currently awaiting environmental approval and is expected to take one year to complete.
