The targeted properties include schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, and hospitals. The main goal is to ensure safety, energy efficiency, and technical performance of these buildings. The program includes ongoing maintenance, repairs, structural reinforcement, and modernization efforts aimed at reducing utility costs. Contract awards will be based primarily on price, with additional considerations for guarantees and project management experience.
