The "Dimitrie Bolintineanu" House, built in 1883, showcases stunning stained glass and has a rich history as a former residence of notable figures. Located on Negustorilor Street, it reflects the social status of Bucharest's bourgeoisie. Originally owned by Costache Păucescu, it was transformed by architect Gottereau for doctor Alexandru Racoviceanu. The area has historical significance dating back to 1669, attracting merchants due to its proximity to the commercial artery of Calea Moșilor. The house has undergone various transformations, now representing modern architecture while preserving its historical essence.
