DruidAI, founded in 2017, has raised over $80 million and employs over 200 staff, primarily in Bucharest. Bălăceanu believes AI can significantly improve customer interactions and operational efficiency, while also acknowledging the risks associated with granting too much autonomy to AI agents. He remains optimistic about the future of AI, suggesting it will create new opportunities for human creativity and productivity.
