Radu Dinescu from UNTRR highlighted that the application often directs trucks through city centers, risking penalties for non-compliance. Additionally, many drivers are required to purchase new phones to use the app, which is not compatible with older devices. The Ministry of Transport has temporarily suspended penalties for users during technical issues, but transporters are calling for a longer grace period and better system functionality. The testing phase before launch was deemed insufficient, raising concerns about the system's readiness.
