Family doctor Sandra Alexiu expressed frustration over the inability to log in as a patient or a doctor, citing a lack of training and information from the National Health Insurance House (CNAS). Despite inquiries about a trial period before launch, no such opportunity was provided. The platform's issues stem from its reliance on an outdated system, leading to errors and patient confusion regarding electronic referrals and prescriptions. Alexiu criticized the premature announcement of the platform's launch, emphasizing the need for proper testing and feedback mechanisms.
