Horațiu Moldovan explained that the launch was intended to meet a promise, despite the limited initial participation. The platform is part of a larger health insurance system, and the enrollment of providers is voluntary. As of now, over 1,400 providers have signed up for the appointment module. Training for doctors began shortly after the launch, addressing their concerns about the platform's functionality. The launch faced technical issues, but feedback is being used to improve the system continuously. Moldovan emphasized that the platform is evolving and will mature over time.
