The patient presented with seizures and intracranial hypertension due to a dural arteriovenous fistula, which posed risks to his vision and neurological functions. Professor Charbel Mounayer from Limoges led the endovascular intervention, supported by local medical teams. The six-hour procedure successfully embolized the abnormal vascular connection, resulting in excellent post-operative recovery.
