The shell was found during electrification works on the Cluj-Napoca – Oradea – Episcopia Bihor railway line. Authorities confirmed the find and emphasized the dangers of unexploded ordnance, advising the public not to touch or move such items. The shell will be safely transported and destroyed in a controlled environment.
