The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) becomes more accessible to international investors as Interactive Brokers allows trading of Romanian stocks on its platform. This change removes a significant barrier for foreign investors who previously faced challenges in accessing the BVB. Voicu Oprean, CEO of AROBS, welcomed this development, highlighting that it enhances the visibility of the Romanian capital market. The integration means investors from major cities worldwide can now easily purchase shares of Romanian companies like AROBS, Hidroelectrica, and Banca Transilvania. Dragoș Mesaroș emphasized the importance of promoting the Romanian market to attract more investors and companies.
