The president of the Suceava SMEs Association highlighted the importance of practical support, including professional training programs. Additionally, the significance of online reputation was stressed, as many potential customers rely on social media for information. Young aspiring entrepreneurs were encouraged to take initiative and reach out to companies they admire. The meeting concluded that when predictability is absent from above, recovery must be built from the ground up through training, collaboration, and initiative.
